Piotr Koba, from Poland, born in 1990, has been interested in everything connected with fish since he was 3 years old, and have kept them since age of 10. Nowadays he is interested in American & West African cichlids. However, he has no particular favorites and, as he puts it, it's hardly possible not to love all these fantastic creatures gathered in Cichlidae family, and tries to share his passion for cichlid fishes with his friends, family, and other aquarists.

Since 2009 Piotr is the editor of the Polish version of the Cichlid Room Companion.
