Digital Products (PDF Files)
All PDF files are delivered immediately after purchase. Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not available once the file has been delivered, except in cases of technical issues:
* Corrupted or incomplete PDF: If the file you receive is damaged, unreadable, or incomplete, contact us. We will send a new, working copy right away.
* Incorrect PDF received: If you get the wrong file, please send us the PDF you received, and we will promptly send the correct one.
We are dedicated to ensuring you receive the digital product you paid for.
Physical Books
Books are shipped via USPS, and a tracking number will be provided for each order.
* Damaged on arrival: If your book arrives damaged, we will replace it at no cost. Once an order has been shipped, delivery timelines are determined by the carrier. While we are not responsible for carrier delays, we will assist in filing claims when applicable.
Please get in touch with us as soon as possible with photos of the damage and your order details so we can assist you quickly. Replacements are issued once damage is verified. We do not require returns of damaged items.
General Terms
* Claims for digital or physical items should be made within 7–14 days of delivery.
* Replacements are for the exact product originally purchased.
* Shipping times and delivery issues caused by postal services are outside our control, but we will do our best to help resolve any problems.
* Our liability is limited to the replacement of the purchased product.
Subscriptions:
Due to the nature of subscription-based products and services, refunds cannot be issued once a subscription has been activated or used, whether in whole or in part. By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge and agree that access to the service constitutes use, and no refunds will be provided after activation.
