Conservation: Xenodexia ctenolepis is evaluated by the international union for the conservation of nature in the iucn red list of threatened species as (DD) data deficient (2018). The aquatic habitats in the area where Xenodexia ctenolepis inhabits remain to our day in a good state of conservation.
